O selo da paz / the seal of peace

No trânsito da vida, quando te apareçam entraves e fracassos, não te esqueças de que a paciência é o passaporte suscetível de assegurar-te livre passagem através de todas as dificuldades e travessias.
Se estás doente, não será com o desespero que aproveitarás o remédio que se te administra.
Se experimentaste algum desgosto, a irritação não te afastará do íntimo a nódoa de sombra.
Se sofreste prejuízos de ordem material, não será parando em acusações e gritaria que conseguirás a restauração dos próprios recursos.
Se atravessas incompreensões em família, de modo algum te livrarás de semelhantes atropelos, multiplicando reclamações e exigências.
Se essa ou aquela pessoa querida se te mostra perturbada, a ponto de ferir-te, não será lhe martelando o crânio que lhe traçarás o processo da cura.
Cultivando paciência, no cotidiano, transportarás contigo a força capaz de vencer todos os obstáculos que, porventura, te agridam a existência.
E isso acontece porque as Leis de Deus marcaram a paciência, na condição de selo da paz.

In the transit of life, when obstacles and failures appear to you, do not forget that patience is the passport capable of assuring you free passage through all difficulties and crossings.
If you are sick, it will not be with despair that you will take advantage of the medicine that is administered to you.
If you have experienced any displeasure, irritation will not remove the stain of shadow from your heart.
If you’ve suffered material damage, it won’t be by stopping at accusations and screaming that you’ll get the restoration of your own resources.
If you experience misunderstandings in the family, you will in no way get rid of similar abuses, multiplying complaints and demands.
If that or that loved one is disturbed to the point of hurting you, it will not be by hammering his skull that you will trace the healing process.
Cultivating patience, in everyday life, you will carry with you the strength capable of overcoming all obstacles that, perhaps, attack your existence.
And this happens because the Laws of God have marked patience, as a seal of peace.
