TEMA — Vontade no plano mental.
Nem sempre estamos habilitados a eleger o nosso ambiente mais íntimo, na experiência cotidiana.
Às vezes, somos constrangidos a suportar certos quadros de luta ou a partilhar o convívio de pessoas que não se nos afinam com a maneira de ser, em razão dos compromissos que trazemos de existências passadas. Entretanto, em qualquer situação, somos livres para escolher os nossos pensamentos.
Cada inteligência emite as ideias que lhe são peculiares, a se definirem por ondas de energia viva e plasticizante, mas, se arroja de si essas forças, igualmente as recebe, pelo que influencia e é influenciada.
Ainda mesmo por instantes, toda criatura, ao exteriorizar-se, seja imaginando, falando ou agindo, em movimentação positiva, é um emissor atuante na vida, e, sempre que se interioriza, meditando, observando ou obedecendo, de modo passivo, é um receptor em funcionamento.
Aqueles que se desenvolveram mentalmente, atingindo a esfera das criações sugestivas, assumem o papel de orientadores, adquirindo responsabilidades mais vastas pela facilidade com que articulam programas de rumo para os outros. Cada qual expõe o que pensa pelo esforço que realiza: o cientista pela obra a que se consagra, o professor pelo que ensina, o escritor pelo que escreve, o comentarista pelo que fala, o artista pelo trabalho em que se revela.
Analisemos, assim, aquilo que nomeamos como sendo nosso “estado de espírito”. Tensão, dúvida, angústia, irritação, otimismo, coragem, confiança ou alegria são frutos de nossa preferência no mercado gratuito das ideias, de vez que o fio invisível de nossas ligações com o bem ou com o mal parte essencialmente de nós.
Convençamo-nos de que a nossa mente possui muita coisa de comum com o aparelho radiofônico. Emissões construtivas ou deprimentes, significando a carga sutil de sugestões boas ou más que aceitamos de companheiros encarnados ou desencarnados, alcançam-nos incessantemente e podem alterar-nos o modo de ser, mas não podemos olvidar que a nossa vontade é o sintonizador.

THEME — Will on the mental plane.
We are not always able to choose our most intimate environment in everyday experience.
Sometimes, we are constrained to put up with certain situations of struggle or to share the conviviality of people who are not in tune with our way of being, due to the commitments we bring from past existences. However, in any situation, we are free to choose our thoughts.
Each intelligence emits ideas that are peculiar to it, to be defined by waves of living and plasticizing energy, but, if it throws these forces from itself, it also receives them, by which it influences and is influenced.
Even for a moment, every creature, when externalizing itself, whether imagining, speaking or acting, in positive movement, is an active transmitter in life, and whenever it internalizes, meditating, observing or obeying, in a passive way, it is a receiver in operation.
Those who have developed mentally, reaching the sphere of suggestive creations, assume the role of guides, acquiring wider responsibilities for the ease with which they articulate programs of direction for others. Each one exposes what he thinks for the effort he makes: the scientist for the work he dedicates himself to, the teacher for what he teaches, the writer for what he writes, the commentator for what he speaks, the artist for the work in which he reveals himself.
Let us therefore analyze what we call our “state of mind”. Tension, doubt, anguish, irritation, optimism, courage, confidence or joy are the fruits of our preference in the free market of ideas, since the invisible thread of our connections with good or evil comes essentially from us.
Let us convince ourselves that our mind has a lot in common with the radio set. Constructive or depressing emissions, meaning the subtle load of good or bad suggestions that we accept from incarnate or disembodied companions, reach us incessantly and can change our way of being, but we cannot forget that our will is the tuner.
